Blog comments + cajun danc'n

I think I've enabled comments for the blog. Feel free to give it a try and see if something happens. I'm a bit blog-challenged and I have very limited computer access at the moment, so I'll check back as soon as I am able. So, it looks like all you have to do is select the little envelope at the bottom of the post and that takes you to the comment area.

Good luck! I can't wait to hear from you!!

P.S. I had my first cajun-dance encounter a couple of days ago. I tried to act like I didn't want to dance, but I think the laughing and clapping gave me away. For those of you who have seen me dance (this is Heather writing) I have kind of a free-form, solo kind of approach. In other words, I don't know how to follow.

The dance was quite the spectacle according to the ladies I was with. They weren't sure if I was a rag-doll or a hyena (pretty much I was limp but laughing the entire time, I couldn't keep my feet on the ground). But they sure thought I was having a good time. At the end, my partner said, "that made me dizzy." Sure enough! I didn't ask him to pick me up off the ground and swing me in circles repeatedly. That was his idea.

I told James that we have to do some serious practicing before I go anywhere they play cajun music again. Apparently there are free lessons at Tipitinas once a week. We're signing up!
